Following the recent Northern Ireland Ombudsman changes to complaints reporting and management we have asked Michael Cruikshanks, Complaints Manager at SPPG, to bring us up to date with what they will require from Practices – this is the ideal opportunity to be ready to address the changes in 2026. We also hope to have an update by Prof Peto, Consultant Opthalmologist and Clinical Lead for Diabetic Eye Screening Programme in NI, to give an updated on regional eye screening.
