This webinar focuses on sharing Primary Care improvement ideas through the projects undertaken by students from Ulster University and Queen’s University Belfast who were embedded within local surgeries. Whilst providing practical insights and sharing their experiences in improving BP monitoring and use of SGLT2 medications, this session recognises the value of working collaboratively with your wider team and connecting with other improvers in primary care (including your Quality Improvement Facilitators) to drive meaningful improvement.
