We are excited to be joined by Lynda Haire, Advanced Nurse Practitioner In Dunamanagh Medical Practice, who will be discussing how her Quality Improvement initiative led to the development of a standardised template to improve patient safety for women commencing Hormone replacement therapy and, in collaboration with the GPs, MDT, and administrative staff led on established an innovative evidence-based patient-centred menopause service for the women of the practice.
