Reminder – Sickness / Locum Reimbursement during COVID-19

The HSCB has secured the agreement of DoH colleagues, that should a GP of a Practice who commits to working in a COVID centre be required to engage the services of a locum as a result of sick leave, then the HSCB will reimburse the Practice the amounts detailed in the Statement of Financial Entitlement (section 10 of SFE) from day one as opposed to week five, which is the current provision in the SFE.
