The guidance provides a regional standardised approach not only to consent and patient information but also to prescribing, administration, education, training, audit and governance.

  1. UPDATED Guidance for the management of symptoms in adults with Heart Failure at the end of life: This booklet provides guidance to healthcare professionals on managing commonly experienced symptoms for heart failure patients in the last weeks to days of life.
